Our Main Services Explained

We offer a wide range of services covering a full panoply of improvements to both private residences and larger developments, working with individuals and corporate developers alike. We have completed successful instructions on Grade I listed buildings under the auspices of English Heritage, on many Grade II and substantial properties, primarily in the locality but also in London, the West Midlands, East Anglia and the North. Twice winners of the Rutland Design Award, we concentrate on first class delivery of a quality product.

Plans & Local Authority Submissions:
We will contact the Planning Department at an early stage, agreeing preliminary designs where possible to ensure maximum success for your Application.

Measured Surveys:
Of buildings and land.

Detailed Designs:
Our designs aim to leave nothing to chance on site, including full drawing packages, liaison with Interior Designers and other Specifiers where appropriate and preparing full specifications for the works.

Refurbishment and Improvement:
Of country houses, from Grade I properties through to small cottages. We design, specify, work to budgets, time scales and with all our individual Clients to ensure the success of the Project.

Conceptual Design:
To PPS 7 requirements, including 3D imaging etc.

Feasibility and Viability Studies:
Of schemes ranging from single house sites through to larger projects, principally for developers

Design and Specification:
To NBS standards, including drafting of Contract clauses, preliminaries and preambles.

Bills of Quantities:
Preparation of bills of quantities for larger projects to SMM standards.

Contract Administration:
From the smallest extension through to multi million pound developments, our project team are experienced and capable.

Project Management:
Taking projects from inception through to handover.

Professional Reports:
Preparation of Professional Reports for litigation or other purposes.

Maintenance Programmes:
Planned maintenance programmes for estates or groups of tenants/landlords.

Drafting Contracts:
Drafting of JCT and other forms of contracts.
